Exchange & Return Policy

We offer a 14-day exchange policy for damaged or incorrect items and Change of mind. To be eligible, you must contact us as soon as you receive your item so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

• In the same condition as received

• Unused
  

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your exchange is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

For change-of-mind exchanges, the item must be returned at the buyer’s expense, and the cost of shipping the replacement item will also be the buyer’s responsibility.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
