Shipping Policy

At busykitchenette, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. We work closely with our delivery partners to offer you competitive domestic shipping rates. Rates are automatically calculated at check out based on your delivery location.

Shipping Method

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.We offer both standard and express shipping. World wide shipment will be coming soon.

All orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)unless mentioned on the website if the shipping is delayed. 

Delivery Time

We offer both Standard and Express delivery. Standard delivery usually takes 3–8 business days depending on your location. Please note that these timeframes are estimates. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. 

We provide flat rate $8.95AUD for standard shipping and $15AUD on express shipping. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. Free shipping are also given on orders above 120AUD$.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with tracking information.You can track the progress of your shipment using the provided tracking number via email through the designated courier's tracking service.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order is dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us at busykitchenette.store@gmail.com within 7 days of expected delivery date, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to be available to receive the delivery or to collect the parcel from the post office or the designated pickup location.

We are not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, and we do not offer refunds in such cases. If a parcel is returned to us, any additional shipping costs will need to be covered by the buyer, and refunds will not be provided.
